Replacement battery
My bike (Hammer) kept randomly shutting off. Turn key off and on to reset!
Thought it was the control panel. Your tech support recommended a new battery. OMG it’s fixed and like new again. Thank you very much

I am pleased with rhe new battery. I received it very quickly. The only other comment is that the power indicator on the battery doesn't work, it reads fine on the screen so its no big deal.

Replacement 15ah upgrade battery
Our 2 year old battery didn't go bad, it fell out of our RV onto concrete and broke. The upgrade battery will be great for us as we have 2 Hammers and I weigh 80 pounds more than my wife. So the extra battery life will be great. While the battery is a direct fit, I had to adjust the slide and grind a little bit from the top. We already noticed that the slides were adjusted for each battery as our old batteries were not interchangeable. No big deal. Love our Hammer bikes!!

It does not carry a charge I would like the new one or my money back I can send back the old one if you give me instructions
I like the bike but I would expect it to be more responsive. To have more power since it is a 1000 watt motor. I expected it to have more speed as well. Is there a setting I can change
