This company did stand by when the first battery arrived damaged. They sent replacement battery out which was impressive. The only thing was not able to m talk with anyone on the phone. I was only able to communicate through email.
Got over 4000 miles on my original battery and still have it for backup. Recieved new one and replaced motor also , it’s like new again. Really do like my Ecotric 26 and am looking forward to another 5000 miles. 😎
