Great transaction! Item arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. My previous battery lasted 5 years, I hope this one does as well.
After 5 years of great service, it was time to replace my battery. The old one still works for riding around town. I plan on keeping and using it. The new battery seems to be very strong and I hope to get many more years of service from my ebike!
Very good customer service. I was disappointed the original battery died after a yr of minimal use.Got a replacement and it lasted 12-14 mos(?). Wife’s bike not a lot of use. Bike sat a yr or two. Thought I’d give it one more try. Although we like the bike and we’re considering one for me $300/yr for batteries is alittle out of our range. Hopefully we will get better service out of this one.

I love this bike although I have upgraded about everything you can on i like front suspension, seat suspension and hydraulic brakes. I use it on back roads and trails rockhounding. My bike is over two years old and I got another battery for longer rides. The original battery still has power but it has gotten a lot of use and seems to not hold up as long as it did when new. I am just been prepared as I go for miles back into the boonies. I am pushing 1000 miles and most have been off road.
FAST SERVICE
Got over 4000 miles on my original battery and still have it for backup. Recieved new one and replaced motor also , it’s like new again. Really do like my Ecotric 26 and am looking forward to another 5000 miles. 😎
